1. Acceptance

By using dmfirstplay.com you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. These terms sit alongside our privacy policy and responsible gaming policy, which form part of the same agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the legal minimum gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally permitted to take part in online gaming where you are located. You are responsible for knowing your local law. Access from a jurisdiction where such games are prohibited is not permitted, and we may block access or close accounts accordingly.

3. Your account

One account per person, registered with accurate details you keep up to date. Credentials are personal and must not be shared; activity under your login is treated as yours. We may request verification documents at any time and may suspend withdrawals until verification completes.

4. Demo play

Demo games on this site use play-money credits with no monetary value, no cash equivalent and no transferability. Demo results do not predict live results, and nothing in a demo creates an entitlement to a payment.

5. Round settlement, errors and voids

A round settles against the published rules and payout table for that game at the time the round opened. Where a technical fault, display error, duplicated round or manifest pricing error affects a result, we may void the affected rounds and return stakes. Obvious errors do not create binding payouts.

Round histories are available for review. Disputes should be raised within 30 days of settlement, quoting the round ID.

6. Fair use and prohibited conduct

Bots, scripts, automated betting tools, exploitation of software faults, collusion between accounts, use of another person's payment method, and abuse of bonus mechanics are prohibited. Breach may result in voided rounds, forfeited balances and account closure, and may be reported where the law requires it.

7. Payments

Deposits must come from a payment method in your own name. Withdrawals are returned to the original method where possible. Processing times depend on the provider. We may apply limits, request source-of-funds evidence, and withhold payment where fraud, money laundering or breach of these terms is suspected.

8. Availability and intellectual property

The service is provided on an as-available basis; maintenance and outages can interrupt play. Site content, branding, game presentation and code are owned by DM First Play or its licensors and may not be copied, scraped or redistributed without written permission.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from your own decisions to play. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount held in your account balance at the time the claim arose.

10. Changes and disputes

These terms may be updated; material changes are posted on this page and continued use means acceptance. Complaints go first to support@dmfirstplay.com, where we aim to reply within 72 hours. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to an independent alternative dispute resolution service where one applies to your jurisdiction.
